What information do we collect?

To collect expressions of interest in our projects and projects by R&F Group UK;
To send marketing communications for our projects and projects by R&F Group UK when we have your permission, or when permitted by law;
Understanding the make-up of interested persons in our development and their interests and preferences, to improve our marketing by making it more relevant to your interests and preferences;
To allow for the personalisation of content, business/sales information or user experience;

Delivering marketing and events communication;

What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?
We process your data for marketing purposes because you have consented for us to do so for the above purposes (but not for other such purposes).
You may at any time withdraw that consent and we must stop using your data at this point (withdrawal of consent), or restrict our processing of it. You have other rights in respect of data as set out below.
Should you move to make a purchase of a property from us, we will have a legitimate purpose to process and retain such data from you as is needed to permit this transaction. We will explain what Personal Data we will need to hold from you prior to the point of exchange.

We may (unless you tell us not to) share this with the R&F Group UK who offer similar property opportunities that you may be interested in.

How do we secure personal data?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational controls to protect your personal data against unauthorised processing and against accidental loss, damage or destruction.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

However, when you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we will keep your email address to ensure that we do not send you any marketing in future.
Your rights in relation to personal data
You have the right to ask us to stop using your data for marketing purposes at any time.
You may also require us to provide the data we hold from you at any time.(Subject Access Request), and you may require us to provide you with a copy of your data in a machine-readable form (data portability). If you see an error in the data we hold, and you tell us, we must correct this error (right to correction).

You will not have to pay a fee to obtain a copy of your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.

There may be exceptions to the right to erasure for specific legal reasons which, if applicable, we will set out for you in response to your request.
